Responsibilities
- Own the technology vision for Ovative
- Lead engineering capabilities for EMRge and AI OS
- Oversee architectural direction for systems
- Enforce engineering standards for reliability, scalability, and security
- Represent Ovative’s technology vision externally
- Lead EMRge engineering and AI OS architecture
- Manage engineering hiring strategy and technical bar
- Serve as a full member of Ovative’s Executive Leadership Team
Requirements
- 18+ years of engineering experience
- 7+ years leading engineering managers in high-growth environments
- Proven track record as a hands‑on technical leader
- Experience architecting enterprise integration and orchestration systems
- Production experience with LLM-based systems
- Experience operationalizing security in enterprise systems
- Strong build vs. buy instincts
- Experience with cloud data infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Clear communicator across technical and non-technical audiences

Demonstrates extensive experience in leading engineering teams and architecting enterprise integration systems, with a strong focus on security, scalability, and reliability in technology solutions.
