Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – AI TransformationWe are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – AI Transformation to lead enterprise-wide adoption of Artificial Intelligence, Data, and Cloud-native technologies. This role is responsible for defining and executing the company's AI strategy, modernizing legacy platforms, and embedding AI into core products, operations, and decision-making processes. The ideal candidate blends deep technical credibility with strong business acumen and has successfully led AI initiatives from concept to production at scale.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and own the enterprise AI, data, and cloud transformation roadmapDrive adoption of GenAI, LLMs, ML, and intelligent automation across products and operationsIdentify high-impact AI use cases aligned to business outcomes and ROILead modernization of legacy systems into cloud-native, API-driven, AI-ready architecturesOversee data platform strategy including data lakes, warehouses, real-time pipelines, and governanceEnsure scalability, security, privacy, and compliance (HIPAA, SOC2, GDPR where applicable)Partner with Product and Business leaders to embed AI into customer-facing and internal platformsGuide development of AI-powered products such as copilots, agents, RAG systems, and predictive analyticsEvaluate and integrate AI tools, vendors, and platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS, GCP, etc.)Ensure AI initiatives move from POC to production with measurable successEstablish best practices for MLOps, model lifecycle management, and AI observabilityBalance speed, experimentation, and engineering rigorBuild, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering, data, and AI teamsEstablish AI governance, ethical AI standards, and responsible AI frameworksAct as a trusted technology advisor to the executive team and boardRequired Qualifications15+ years of technology leadership experience, including senior engineering or architecture rolesProven experience leading AI / ML / GenAI initiatives into productionStrong background in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and modern data architecturesExperience transforming legacy systems in complex enterprise environmentsAbility to translate business strategy into technical executionExcellent executive communication and stakeholder management skillsSuccess MetricsAI initiatives delivering measurable business value and operational efficiencyReduced time from AI idea to production deploymentImproved platform scalability, reliability, and securityStrong alignment between technology strategy and business growth
