While no one knows what's going to change the world next, our people are already working on it.The Chief Systems Architect (CSA) is responsible for creating the systems architecture to be implemented across all programs at Sikorsky. The CSA is responsible for establishing design consistency across families of products, building the plan to achieve those design goals, and supervising the execution of the plan.

Due to the nature of the role and our products, the CSA will have experience with Platform Systems Integration and Product Line Engineering to foster cross-enterprise collaboration and create opportunities for new technology insertion. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to link systems architecture and the digital thread to drive systems thinking into our programs and products. The CSA is a functional role reporting to the Director of the Model Based Systems Architecture (MBSA) organization, and is the key focal point for functional, logical, and physical architecture decisions across the Sikorsky portfolio of products. The CSA will drive technology and tool insertion to ensure commonality across programs and maximize reuse where applicable.
