Chief Security Architect & Strategy Leader

Exa, an applied AI lab, is seeking a senior security leader to define and own the company-wide security strategy across products, data, and infrastructure in San Francisco. You will partner with founders and the executive team to shape risk appetite, governance, and a multiyear roadmap while guiding threat modeling, incident response, and compliance programs.

Responsibilities include building robust security architecture across cloud environments, Kubernetes clusters, data pipelines, and
