Amigo is building clinical AI infrastructure used across health systems. As Head of Research, you’ll build the research function from the ground up, hiring researchers and setting the agenda with our CTO.

You’ll own evaluation, benchmarks, patient simulation, and studies that demonstrate clinical agent safety in deployed settings. You will drive publications, academic collaborations, and regulatory engagement, shaping how research informs product decisions and policy conversations.
