Chief Product Officer — AI-Driven Health Platform

Allia Health Group is seeking a Chief Product Officer to define and lead product strategy across a connected, multi-brand healthcare platform including direct-to-consumer telehealth and provider-facing EHR.

You will build an AI-native product organization, set product standards, and own end-to-end product for shared platforms while collaborating with the CTO and Compliance to ensure safety and regulatory alignment.
