The YMCA of Catawba Valley is seeking a Vice President of Philanthropy to lead strategic fundraising across major gifts, annual giving, endowment growth, planned giving, campaigns, and donor relations in support of the YMCA's mission and long-term sustainability.
You will build strong relationships with donors, volunteers, boards, and partners; lead a development team, guide campaigns, and ensure rigorous stewardship and accountability across all philanthropic programs.
