The Virginia Home seeks a Chief Philanthropy Officer to lead all fundraising strategy, execution and performance in support of its mission and capital campaign. Working with the CEO and Board, you will build a high-performing, metrics-driven philanthropy team and advance major and principal gifts.
You will manage a portfolio of 50–75 high-capacity donors ($250K–$5M+), drive campaign momentum, and align donor strategy with annual goals while reporting progress to leadership and the Board.
