Chief People & Organizational Excellence Officer

Union Health is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer to lead systemwide HR, payroll, employee health, child development center, volunteer services and chaplain services. The role works with the Executive Leadership team, board and committees to shape strategy and priorities for short- and long-term planning.

The CHRO will elevate organizational effectiveness, ensure regulatory compliance, financial stewardship and develop talent and leadership across the health system.
