Fidicix is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead business operations, strengthen organizational execution, and translate strategic priorities into measurable results.

Working closely with the CEO and executive leadership team, the COO will build scalable operating systems, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support the commercialization of AI-driven initiatives.

• Translate company strategy into operational plans, priorities, and measurable performance objectives.
• Lead day-to-day operations and coordinate execution across business functions.
• Drive operational delivery and commercialization of AI and technology initiatives.
• Develop scalable processes, organizational structures, and performance management systems.
• Collaborate with technology and revenue leadership to align operational execution with product development and business growth.
• Oversee operational risk management, governance, compliance, and resource allocation.
• Support strategic partnerships, client delivery, and business expansion.
• Provide operational insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors.

• Proven senior leadership experience as a COO, President, General Manager, SVP, or in a comparable executive role.
• Demonstrated success building, scaling, or transforming business operations.
• Strong expertise in strategic planning, operational management, and cross-functional leadership.
• Excellent business judgment and the ability to turn strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.
• Experience managing resources, improving organizational performance, and leading complex initiatives.

• Experience in artificial intelligence, technology, energy, fintech, or related industries.
• Experience commercializing technology solutions and developing scalable business models.
• Background in strategic partnerships, enterprise operations, or business expansion.
