Chief Operating Officer — Strategic Growth & Operations Leader

North Star Community Credit Union seeks a strategic Chief Operating Officer to guide operational excellence across the branch network, call center, back‑office, consumer deposits and loan originations, marketing and training. Reporting to the CEO, you will drive long-term growth and member service initiatives.

You will partner with the executive team to align operations with strategic goals, foster collaboration, and lead innovation and process improvement across the organization.
