We are currently seeking candidates for a Chief Operating Officer role in Riverside, CA or Los Angeles, CA.The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will serve as a key executive leader responsible for driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and cross-functional coordination across all aspects of the organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will oversee clinical and administrative operations, ensuring quality, compliance, patient satisfaction, and financial performance while expanding access to care for individuals with limb loss.Duties:Lead day-to-day operations across clinics, rehabilitation centers, and prosthetic service linesImplement scalable systems and processes to improve efficiency, outcomes, and care coordinationEnsure adherence to federal and state healthcare regulations, licensing, and accreditation standardsTranslate the CEO's vision into actionable operational strategiesIdentify and develop new programs, partnerships, and revenue opportunities that align with the organization's mission and growth targetsDevelop KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance and drive data-informed decision-makingQualifications Preferred:CA RN License10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, preferably within a multi-site or integrated care settingDeep understanding of healthcare delivery, payer systems, and regulatory complianceDemonstrated success scaling organizations or programs in patient-centered careStrong background in disability, rehabilitation, orthopedics, prosthetics, or similar clinical areasFamiliarity with value-based care, trauma-informed care models, or integrated behavioral healthCompensation:Competitive salary commensurate with experienceBonus opportunitiesMedical, Dental, VisionMatching 401(k)PTO
