Role: COO, US — the senior operator in the US business, owning the P&L end-to-end. Reports to the Global CEO and is responsible for building the SOPs, systems, cadence, and team to scale early SNF traction into a repeatable commercial engine. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on execution and institution-building.

Responsibilities

  • P&L and Business Performance
    • Own US revenue, gross margin, contribution margin, and EBITDA against the Annual Operating Plan.
    • Build forecast discipline, monthly operating reviews, and a culture of hitting commitments.
    • Own unit economics: customer CAC and LTV, deployment cost, per-facility margin, payback period.
  • Commercial Engine (Sales + Revenue Operations)
    • Partner with Head of Sales to scale enterprise SNF chain deals and regional expansion.
    • Define pricing, contracting, RFP response, and revenue realization for the US market.
    • Drive pipeline accountability, quota design, territory planning, and commercial KPIs.
  • Operational and Clinical Excellence
    • Ensure every SNF deployment meets clinical quality, nurse adoption, and SLA commitments.
    • Institutionalize SOPs for installation, nurse training, clinical escalation, and customer success.
    • Drive adoption metrics including alerts reviewed, resident monitoring, clinical actions taken, and rehospitalization impact.
  • Team and Leadership
    • Directly manage Heads of Sales, Operations, Clinical Operations, and Revenue Operations.
    • Hire and develop talent as the US business scales.
    • Represent the US business in global leadership forums.
  • Cross-Geo Execution
    • Collaborate with India-based Engineering, Product, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain.
    • Translate US market realities into the global product roadmap.
    • Ensure effective cross-time-zone execution with clear hand-offs and feedback loops.
  • Account Management Excellence
    • Own post-sale customer relationships across SNF accounts, driving retention and expansion.
    • Build and institutionalize an account management playbook (QBRs, outcome reviews, escalation protocols, renewals).
    • Drive net revenue retention through upsell opportunities within existing customers.
    • Act as executive sponsor for strategic accounts and maintain senior relationships with SNF leadership.
    • Turn customer feedback into actionable insights for Product, Clinical, and Commercial teams.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Affairs (US)
    • Ensure operations comply with HIPAA, CMS, and Medicare Part B RPM requirements.
    • Maintain compliant contracting, BAAs, and billing practices across SNF accounts.
    • Stay current on RPM reimbursement policy and regulatory changes; translate to operational impact.
    • Develop internal compliance SOPs for data privacy, incident reporting, and clinical documentation.

Requirements

  • Operator tenure: 12+ years in operator, commercial leadership, or general management in a B2B business, with at least one full P&L responsibility.
  • Commercial chops: Deep fluency in revenue operations—forecasting, pipeline management, quota design, pricing, deal desk, and KPIs.
  • Multi-site deployment: Experience scaling a business with repeatable deployments across many sites, training frontline users, and driving adoption.
  • Zero-to-one builder: Demonstrated ability to stand up SOPs, dashboards, and operating cadence from scratch.
  • Cross-geo stamina: Experience working with teams across a 10+ hour time-zone split for 18+ months; India is a core engineering/product hub.
  • Learning speed: Proven ability to adapt quickly to new verticals and regulatory environments.
