A bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of progressive credit union leadership experience are required; advanced degrees and industry certifications are preferred.

This individual will play a key role in strategic planning, organizational growth initiatives, and board reporting, while helping ensure operational strategies align with the Credit Union’s long-term goals and commitment to exceptional member service. The COO will foster collaboration across the organization and support innovation and process improvement
