Chief Operating Officer (COO)The Chief Operating Officer will serve as the senior operational leader for a rapidly scaling, private equity backed pizzeria platform. This role will own all restaurant-level performance across an expanding multi-brand and multi-unit portfolio. The COO will be responsible for driving EBITDA growth, operational discipline, leadership development, and seamless execution of new acquisitions and organic unit expansion.
