Center for Research Libraries (CRL) in Chicago seeks a Chief Operating Officer to serve as the President & CEO's strategic partner and deputy, leading enterprise-wide operations for a nonprofit that supports nearly 200 research institutions.
The COO will drive scalable systems, strengthen operational excellence, and oversee finance, HR, administration, and organizational operations while partnering with the Board and senior leaders to advance CRL's mission.
