Community healthcare facility looking to bring on Chief Operating Officer! Bonus Incentives and Relocation!
- Reports to the Chief Executive Officer
- Provides leadership and vision necessary to ensure appropriate operational controls and reporting procedures in place to support financial strength and operating efficiency.
- Significant operational and financial turnaround underway.
- Seeking an exceptionally strong COO, ideally a current or former hospital CEO with direct experience navigating difficult turnarounds.
- Must have demonstrated success improving hospital operations, financial performance, physician relationships, accountability, and organizational culture.
- Experience leading complex acute-care operations and multiple facilities is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of the Northeast healthcare market preferred
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- Master’s degree in business or a related field
- 10+ years of hospital operations experience at the leadership level
- Seeking an exceptionally strong COO, ideally a current or former hospital CEO with direct experience navigating difficult turnarounds
- Ability to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of internal and external processes.
- Ability to collaborate with the management team to develop plans supporting operational infrastructure
- Ability to oversee major workforce and resource decisions.
