The COO will have full operational responsibility for a complex, multi-shift manufacturing organization, serving as the primary operational partner to the CEO. This leader will drive alignment, accountability, throughput, and continuous improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all daily operations across manufacturing, engineering, tooling, automation, quality, and supply chain
- Ensure stability, performance, and consistency in a 24/7 production environment
- Build and execute scalable operating systems, processes, and KPIs
- Drive Lean, continuous improvement, automation, and data‑driven decision making
- Strengthen cross‑functional alignment and leadership accountability
- Partner with executive leadership on capacity planning, growth strategy, and organizational design
- Support new product introduction, advanced manufacturing technologies, and customer requirements

- 15+ years of progressive leadership in advanced or precision manufacturing
- Proven success leading multi‑shift, 24/7 operations with 200+ employees
- Strong systems thinker with Lean / CI mindset
- Financially literate, metrics‑driven operator
