What You'll Lead

Resident-Centered Operations

  • Oversee daily operations across all skilled nursing, rehabilitation, memory care, and long-term care facilities.

  • Establish systems that elevate resident experience, quality outcomes, and family satisfaction.

  • Ensure facilities consistently exceed regulatory and accreditation standards.

Building the Future of Senior Care

  • Lead modernization efforts including technology adoption, workforce innovation, and operational transformation.

  • Develop scalable operating models that support growth and acquisition integration.

  • Create strategic initiatives that improve quality ratings and organizational reputation.

Workforce Excellence

  • Partner with facility administrators and clinical leaders to strengthen staffing stability.

  • Develop leadership succession programs across all facilities.

  • Create cultures where caregivers feel valued, supported, and empowered.

Financial & Operational Performance

  • Drive occupancy growth, labor optimization, and financial performance.

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and operational efficiency initiatives.

  • Balance cost management with exceptional resident care standards.

Quality & Compliance Leadership

  • Monitor quality measures, survey readiness, infection prevention, and risk management programs.

  • Lead organization-wide initiatives focused on resident safety and quality improvement.

  • Ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
