Chief Operating Officer (COO)The Chief Operating Officer (COO) serves as a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of our business units while supporting the CEO's strategic vision. This position requires exceptional cross-functional leadership skills spanning finance, logistics, and technical operations across the company's diverse business areas. The ideal candidate will balance operational efficiency with innovation, drive standardization of best practices, and break down silos between business units. This role is particularly crucial and must serve as a leadership partner. This full-time, on-site role for Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be based in FL. The COO will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, managing daily operations, and ensuring company objectives are met.

The role involves overseeing financial performance, preparing and managing budgets, and providing leadership to optimize overall performance. The COO will work closely with the CEO and other executives to drive growth and operational efficiency. Previous experience in the commercial communication systems, digital media, and/or broadcast host locations industries is required.Core Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations across all business units, ensuring consistency and qualityDevelop and implement repeatable, scalable processes across business unitsOwn and drive the execution of the company's vision and strategic planDevelop operational leaders who can take on increasing responsibilityEnsure legal and compliance functions for operational activitiesCore Competencies:Translating customer requirements into efficient, scalable operational processesProactively identifying opportunities to improve operational capabilitiesConnecting operational excellence to competitive market positioningDeveloping scalable operational models that support future growthManaging operational budgets to optimize efficiency and profitabilityEstablishing clear performance expectations for operational leadersRequired Qualifications:10+ years of progressive operational leadership experience, with an emphasis in technology-enabled services, preferably in media-related industriesBachelor's degree in management, business administration, commerce, or equivalent fields; MBA or advanced degree preferredDemonstrated success managing diverse business units and dynamic teamsBusiness Planning and Operations Management skillsAnalytical Skills and Finance expertiseExperience in Budgeting and financial managementStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work on-site in FL
