The successful candidate will contribute to the continued excellence and growth of urologic care within Northwell Health's extensive system.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the urology system chair and regional director on all matters related to clinical operations
  • Ensure high quality patient care through development and standardization of care processes and protocols
  • Continue to develop a culture of scholarship in quality improvement, health equity and outcomes
  • Ensure the productivity of physician faculty and support staff
  • Maintain and improve upon the excellence within the department

Compensation

  • Full-time clinical base compensation at Northwell Health ranges from $125,000 to $750,000

Requirements

  • M.D. Degree or equivalent from an accredited College of Medicine
  • Completion of residency and fellowship with Board Certification or eligibility
  • Currently licensed as a physician in the State of New York
  • Outstanding communication and management skills, and an ability to work collaboratively with medical staff, hospital management, and staff
  • Previous division, department, or program leadership
