The Arthur Smith Institute for Urology at Northwell Health is seeking a physician leader to serve as Chief of Urology at Northern Westchester Hospital. This role involves overseeing clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and fostering a culture of scholarship in quality improvement, health equity, and outcomes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for enhancing the productivity of physician faculty and support staff, while maintaining departmental excellence within Northwell Health, New York State's largest healthcare provider.

Responsibilities
- Work with the chair on all matters related to clinical operations
- Ensure high quality patient care through development and standardization of care processes and protocols
- Continue to develop a culture of scholarship in quality improvement, health equity and outcomes
- Ensure the productivity of physician faculty and support staff
- Maintain and improve upon the excellence within the department
Compensation
- Full-time clinical base compensation ranges from $125,000 to $750,000

Requirements
- M.D. Degree or equivalent from an accredited College of Medicine
- Completion of residency and fellowship with Board Certification or eligibility
- Currently licensed as a physician in the State of New York
- Outstanding communication and management skills, and an ability to work collaboratively with medical staff, hospital management, and staff
- Previous division, department, or program leadership
- Specialized training in Robotics, Female Pelvic or Uro-Oncology (preferred)
