Chief of Staff: Strategic Ops for Health Growth (Remote)

Flourish Health is hiring a senior Chief of Staff to lead and support executive decision-making. You will report to the CEO, own the operating plan, and partner with the CFO to align forecasting, budgeting, KPI system, and cross-functional initiatives.

This hands-on strategic role requires moving between high-level strategy and detailed models, working with the CEO, C-suite, department leaders, and a fractional CFO to drive growth, patient care, and financial sustainability.
