Onsite Full Time Management & Operations

SuperOps is building the AI-native platform for modern IT management unifying PSA and RMM into a single, agent-first system that enables IT teams and MSPs to run and scale their operations with dramatically less manual effort. We are backed by Addition Partners, March Capital, Matrix Partners India, Elevation Capital, and Tanglin Venture Partners. The decisions made over the next eighteen months will shape whether SuperOps becomes a category footnote or a category leader. Product is at the centre of that outcome and the Product Strategy and Operations Manager will help scale product teams to deliver it.

Job Summary

The Chief of Staff leads the Founder's Office and serves as the CEO's primary force multiplier. You will own the CEO's operating system, the cadence, the priorities, the cross-functional initiatives that don't yet have a home, and you'll be trusted with the company's most ambiguous, highest-stakes problems before they're assigned to any function.

You'll sit at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution:

  • Translating the CEO's intent into action
  • Holding the leadership team accountable to outcomes
  • Stepping directly into critical initiatives, from the enterprise GTM build-out to board preparation to special projects that shape the company's trajectory

This is also a deeply operational role. You'll take ownership of internal operations, the systems, processes, and cross-functional execution that keep the company running and scaling cleanly. This is deliberate: the role is designed to grow into a Chief Operating Officer mandate.

What You'll Own

Own the Operating Rhythm

  • Design and run the company's operating cadence, leadership meetings, business reviews, and OKR cycles
  • Ensure decisions get made and followed through, not discussed and deferred
  • Keep the CEO focused on what only the CEO can do, and everything else moving without them

Drive the Highest-Stakes Initiatives

  • Take direct ownership of the company's most critical cross-functional problems
  • Lead the enterprise GTM build-out, new market bets, and operational gaps between functions
  • Drive from ambiguity to clarity to execution, until there's a permanent owner in place

Run Board and Investor Engagement

  • Own the preparation of board decks, narrative, and supporting data
  • Manage board cadence, follow-through, and relationship continuity
  • Support investor reporting and communications as we move toward the next stage

Be the CEO's Signal Layer

  • Surface what isn't reaching the CEO: risks, blockers, momentum, and org sentiment
  • Represent the CEO's priorities internally and externally with credibility and precision
  • Be the person who tells the truth, even when it's uncomfortable

Own Internal Operations

  • Take responsibility for how the company runs day to day - processes, systems, cross functional execution
  • Build the operational infrastructure that lets the company scale without breaking

What We're Looking For

Experience and Background

  • 10+ years of progressive experience across management consulting, investment banking, VC/PE, high-growth startup operations, or a prior Chief of Staff seat
  • Experience as a founder or co-founder is a strong differentiator; we value leaders who have owned outcomes with full accountability and no safety net
  • Enterprise SaaS or B2B experience is a meaningful advantage
  • Genuine fluency or informed curiosity about AI and its implications for software and IT operations

Leadership Presence and Values

  • Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, bringing structure and direction to problems with no established playbook
  • Thinks strategically and executes in the details; understands that strategy without execution has no value
  • Designs the operating model and takes personal accountability for its execution, not merely its recommendation
  • Translates strategic thinking into operational reality, with the hands-on discipline to see it through
  • Communicates with precision and authority, in writing, in leadership forums, and in difficult conversations
  • Operates with the highest standards of integrity and discretion; this role carries access to the company's most sensitive context
  • Direct and candid, with the maturity to deliver difficult perspectives constructively
  • Energised by pace, complexity, and high stakes; brings composure under pressure
  • Motivated by building and scaling operational excellence, with genuine ambition for the COO path.

Why Join SuperOps?

  • You'll work directly with the CEO at the most consequential stage of the company's growth
  • Own meaningful problems with real organisational impact, not process coordination or project support
  • A defined and credible path to the COO role at a high-growth, category-defining company
  • Be part of a team that is building something genuinely differentiated in a market that was long overdue for disruption
  • Competitive compensation, meaningful equity, and a platform for a career-defining chapter
