Position Overview/Duties About the Position: The Chief of Staff, under the supervision of the Deputy Commander and District Commander, develops and directs District policies, programs, and operations. As a member of the District Executive Staff, the CoS advises senior leaders on management and administration and supports development and execution of strategic plans, goals, priorities, business process improvements, and effective allocation of resources to ensure mission accomplishment across all District business lines.
