Role Description
Douglas Elliman Real Estate is seeking a Chief of Staff to help coordinate and manage high-level operations and strategic initiatives across the organization. This is a full‑time hybrid role based in Miami Beach, FL, with opportunities to work remotely on occasion. The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic partner to the executive leadership, manage priorities and workflows, facilitate cross‑department communications, and ensure efficient execution of key initiatives. The successful candidate will also act as a liaison among stakeholders and assist in long‑term planning, organizational decision‑making, and problem‑solving across various projects.
