The Role
As Chief of Staff at Vamo, you will be the founders’ strategic right hand — a multiplier across operations, product, partnerships, hiring, and investor relations. You will operate as both a strategic partner and an execution machine, helping Vamo scale from startup to rocketship. This is a rare opportunity to join a company at the ground floor, work directly with the founder (who previously sold his last company for $36M at age 22), and influence everything from company strategy to the culture we’re building.
What You’ll Do
- Drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly company operating rhythms
- Own special projects across product, growth, and community — from zero to launch
- Turn ambiguity into clear plans and execution
- Build and manage systems that keep the company moving fast
- Work closely with the founder on strategic decisions, prioritization, and communication
- Manage cross‑functional coordination across engineering, design, community, and partnerships
- Prepare fundraising materials, investor updates, and strategic docs
- Recruit early team members, developers, and operators
- Handle high‑leverage tasks that free the founder to focus on product and vision
- Safeguard Vamo’s culture of speed, simplicity, and playful creativity
