Chief of Staff, North America Events & Operations

Visa seeks a Senior Director, Events Strategy & Business Operations to serve as Chief of Staff to the Head of North America Events and run the operating infrastructure for a complex portfolio of client, executive, sponsorship, employee, and industry programs.

The role leads budgeting, governance, reporting, invitation, and technology capabilities to improve efficiency and impact. It includes building a team of two and partnering with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
