Chief of Staff

Sciemo is an AI-native Revenue Growth Management platform serving consumer brands, with over $2M in ARR achieved in under 15 months. The Chief of Staff reports directly to the CEO and is a force multiplier across the company's most critical priorities. The role centers on four areas:

• Driving cross-functional projects across product, data science, engineering, and go-to-market;
• Owning the internal operating rhythm including team syncs, OKR tracking, and decision documentation;
• Leading administration functions across People, Finance and Legal;
• Identifying operational gaps before they become blockers for growth

This is a high-performance role for someone who operates well ahead of problems and thrives in a fast-moving small team environment.
