Mimecast in Massachusetts is seeking a Chief of Staff for NA Sales to serve as a strategic partner to the SVP of Sales, driving cadence, GTM strategy, and execution. Based in Lexington with a hybrid schedule, you’ll lead cross-functional initiatives and help scale the NA Sales organization.
You’ll coordinate planning, oversee forecasts and dashboards, and work closely with Finance, Marketing, Product, and HR to align priorities and optimize performance.
