Chief of Staff, Development & Strategy

PragerU is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Co-Heads of Development. You will drive execution across a 30+ person fundraising team, align priorities with executive leadership, and build scalable systems and processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Successful candidates will have 5+ years in fundraising or organizational leadership, exceptional project management, and strong communication skills. Travel approximately 15–20% is required. Salary ranges and bonus eligibility apply.
