Chief Of StaffArrow International is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a highly trusted, strategic business partner to the President. This person will work side-by-side with the President to help drive key initiatives, improve communication, support executive decision-making, and ensure important priorities are moving forward across the business.This role will serve as a critical extension of the President and will require strong business judgment, executive presence, discretion, organization, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working closely with senior leaders while managing confidential information with professionalism.Primary responsibilities include:Serving as a trusted business partner and advisor to the President, providing insight, support, and professional judgment.Attending key meetings with the President, capturing detailed notes, identifying action items, and ensuring timely follow-up with stakeholders.Tracking strategic priorities, initiatives, deliverables, and commitments to ensure accountability and execution.Representing the President in meetings when needed and helping ensure communication is clear, consistent, and aligned.Drafting, editing, and responding to executive-level communications on behalf of the President as appropriate.Handling confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.Managing front-end communication, coordination, and follow-up so the President can remain focused on strategic priorities.Supporting scheduling, travel, calendar coordination, meeting preparation, technology setup, and logistics.Partnering with senior leaders to improve communication, remove roadblocks, and help drive business priorities forward.Assisting in preparing materials for executive meetings, leadership reviews, and Board of Directors meetings.Over time, helping build and lead a small support team to expand executive operations capacity.Supporting special projects, business initiatives, and ad hoc priorities as needed.Requirements include:Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field strongly preferred.10+ years of experience supporting senior executives, C-suite leaders, Presidents, or VP-level leaders in a high-growth or complex business environment.Prior experience as a Chief of Staff, Executive Advisor, Business Partner, or similar high-trust leadership support role preferred.Experience in a private equity-backed, manufacturing, distribution, or growth-oriented organization preferred.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft, edit, and present at an executive level.Strong organizational, project management, and follow-up skills with excellent attention to detail.Highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.Strong business judgment and ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.Executive presence with the ability to build trust quickly and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and day-to-day follow-through.Diversity and Inclusion StatementAt Arrow International, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where all individuals are valued and respected.
