Chief of Staff & Program Lead — Academy Operations

Mariner Wealth Advisors seeks a Program Manager for Mariner Academy to lead the learner experience, cohort operations, and enterprise initiatives. You will translate strategy into coordinated action across learners, facilitators, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

You will manage onsite and virtual programming, develop standard operating procedures, monitor participation and assessments, and drive efficiency and brand alignment across the academy.
