Chief of Staff & Operations Lead for AI Startup

Preference Model is hiring a Chief of Staff to own internal operations, so the founders can focus on customers, fundraising, and strategy. You will manage finance operations, vendors, events, the San Francisco office, and team knowledge, while supporting HR and recruiting.

You will report to a co-founder and serve as the go-to operations lead, shaping processes and driving growth in a fast-moving startup environment.
