DAP Health is partnering with UHC Solutions for the Chief of Pharmacy position.
QualificationsEducation and Experience
Education:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required; advanced degrees (MBA, MHA, MPH, or related field) strongly preferred, but the individual must demonstrate equivalent financial and operational competency through experience.
- Licensure: Active pharmacist license in at least one California with eligibility for multi-state licensure
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of progressive pharmacy leadership, including 5+ years in multi-site or executive-level management
- 5+ years covered entity experience in an FQHC or Hospital
- Proven experience overseeing both retail and extensive and multi service level 340B pharmacy operations
- Documented formal training in 340B drug pricing program
- Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence, compliance, and financial growth
- Experience in HIV care
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
- This position requires on-site and hybrid work with travel throughout San Diego and Riverside counties
- Requires current and valid driver's license and current personal auto insurance
- This job typically operates in an office and pharmacy setting and requires frequent durations of sitting, standing, repetitive motion and talking
- Ability to lift up to 24 pounds
