Responsibilities
- Responsible for the administration, planning, organizing and overall general management of the Department of Orthopedics
- Implement a strategic vision around quality, growth, and efficiency
- Help develop new clinical programs for the patients we serve in the community
- Provide a wide range of comprehensive Orthopedic care and services to patients of all ages
Compensation
- Compensation range from $500,000 to $600,000 (not including incentive compensation or benefits)
- The salary range listed is for full-time employment and does not include bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits

Requirements
- Must have a MD or DO degree
- Board certified in Orthopedic Surgery
- Valid New York State License, DEA and Medicaid number
- Strong clinical abilities, teaching experience and communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior management/leadership positions and experience with academic medical centers and/or public health systems are preferred
