Chief of Original Content & Programming

Beast Industries is seeking a visionary Head of Programming to define the creative vision, programming strategy, and slate across flagship series, recurring formats, and creator partnerships. You will shape what gets made and how the slate evolves to keep long-term member engagement.

This is a senior role reporting to the GM and President, Beast Studios, with close collaboration across Production, Marketing, Analytics, and executive leadership.
