Chief of Community Growth & Resident Experience

AMG is seeking an Executive Vice President to lead community operations and resident experience, reporting to senior leadership. This role drives client retention and growth, oversees operations and deliverables, and partners with the Chief Community Accounting Officer to ensure financial services excellence.

The EVP will monitor budgets, develop team performance, recruit and develop staff, and maintain strong industry relationships while ensuring compliance with CAI and related regulations.
