Overview

Chief, Obstetrics & Gynecology at Signature Healthcare, Brockton, MA. Start Date: ASAP. Lead OB/GYN program in a growth-focused integrated healthcare system with 1,300-1,500 annual deliveries and 16 OB/GYN providers.

Responsibilities

• Set and advance a forward-looking vision for OB/GYN and maternity services.
• Foster a collaborative culture promoting consistency, accountability, and high performance.
• Enhance patient experience and differentiate care delivery in a competitive market.
• Strengthen integration across ambulatory practices, labor and delivery operations.
• Expand and optimize provider model through strategic recruitment and team development.
• Operate within a dyad leadership model alongside the Service Line Administrator, combining strategic oversight, operational accountability, and active clinical practice.

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience in OB/GYN within a community-based health system or integrated delivery network.
• MD or DO degree with board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Eligibility for, or possession of, an unrestricted Massachusetts medical license.
• Experience leading or influencing physicians and advanced practice providers in complex clinical environments.
• Track record of improving patient experience, access, operational performance, regulatory compliance, and exposure to risk-based or value-based care environments.

The OB/GYN department currently supports 1,300-1,500 annual deliveries with 16 providers and is actively expanding.
