Are you an experienced Acute Care Manager or Director ready to take the next step into a CNO leadership role ?

This is your opportunity to lead clinical operations at a specialty hospital located inside a medical center in St. Louis, MO .

About the Role:

As the Chief Nursing Officer, you’ll oversee a 30+ bed facility spanning two floors with a dedicated team of 40+ FTEs and two strong leaders reporting directly to you. You’ll have the chance to drive quality patient outcomes, support clinical staff, and make a visible impact in a hands-on leadership environment.

What You’ll Do:

Provide strategic and operational leadership for nursing and clinical teams
Oversee daily operations of inpatient units, ensuring compliance and quality care
Collaborate with hospital executives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
Mentor and support nurse leaders to build a strong, high-performing team
Implement and monitor clinical policies, procedures, and best practices

Qualifications:

Active RN license (MO license required upon hire)
BSN required ; MSN preferred
3+ years of supervisory/leadership experience overseeing an inpatient bed unit
Background in higher acuity settings strongly preferred
