Chief Nursing Officer

Community hospital part of a system in need of Chief Nursing Officer! Bonus Incentives! Full Relocation!

Reporting to the CEO. Responsible for organizing and administering clinical services at the hospital and implementing standards of care, policies, programs, and procedures. FTE management, budgetary oversight, and conducting disciplinary action. Responsibilities include ensuring timely, accurate, and complete documentation, ensuring all clinical regulatory requirements are being met, and responsibility for employee engagement, recruitment and retention.

Qualifications:

• BSN required. MSN or equivalent Masters in Healthcare or enrollment in a Master's program preferred
• 5+ years of inpatient hospital nursing experience required.
• 2+ experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity
• BLS required
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire
