Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 per year

Job Details

• Oversee 1 Nurse Manager, 4 Nurse Supervisors
• Collaborate across disciplines to improve care quality and outcomes
• Drive strategic improvements in staffing, culture, and patient ratios
• Represent nursing on key hospital committees and initiatives

Requirements

• Current RN license and BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• BSN and Master’s degree (or currently enrolled in a Master’s program)
• 5+ years in a hospital setting; 2+ years in nursing management
• Experience with IRF or acute care preferred
