Chief Nursing Officer

An excellent healthcare facility near Brockton, MA, is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead the nursing team and serve as Chief Nursing Officer .

• Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire
• Schedule: Monday – Friday

Chief Nursing Officer Responsibilities:

• Set organization-wide clinical standards, monitor the quality of patient care, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Oversee nurse managers, department supervisors, and clinical staff, working closely with department heads, the medical staff leadership, and the executive team to foster interdepartmental collaboration and provide high-quality patient care
• Maintain compliance with regulations from The Joint Commission, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, and State Laws.
• Monitor quality indicators, risk management reports, and patient satisfaction scores to drive continuous improvement.

Chief Nursing Officer Qualifications:

• Must have a BSN and a Master’s degree
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in an inpatient hospital setting, and at least 2 years of experience in nursing leadership
• Must have or be willing to obtain a CRRN Certification
