Reid Health is seeking a Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to lead nursing practice across the health system from its Richmond, Indiana campus. The CNO will report to the CEO and will guide strategic nursing initiatives, culture change, and clinical excellence in a high-performing environment.
The ideal candidate will hold a BSN, prefer an MSN or MHA, and bring at least 10 years of leadership experience including 5+ years in senior healthcare leadership, with RN licensure.
