I’m partnered with a well-funded, venture-backed biotech developing next-generation ADC therapies for solid tumours, now seeking a CMO as it transitions toward the clinic in Q3 2025.

Backed by a $177M Series B, this is an opportunity to shape clinical strategy from IND through early development and help guide the company on a future path to IPO.

• Progressing preclinical-stage oncology company with proprietary ADC platform
• INDs planned for 6 solid tumour programs (Don't worry... not HER2 lol)

Ideal Candidate:

• MD or MD/PhD with oncology and IND experience
• Background in ADCs or bispecifics preferred
• Comfortable in small biotech/startup settings
• Able to lead clinical strategy and represent the company externally
• Small Biotech Experience needed
• Highly collaborative mindset
