Chief Medical Officer – Solid Tumor Cell Therapy

I'm partnering exclusively with a well-funded, next-gen cell therapy biotech developing non–CAR-T therapies for solid tumors. With a lead asset entering clinical development, they’re seeking a CMO to lead clinical strategy, FIH trials, and regulatory engagement through to late-stage development.
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical strategy, first-in-human trials, and late-stage development plans for solid tumor cell therapies.
- Oversee regulatory engagement, IND strategy and interactions with the FDA.
- Collaborate with the executive team to shape development milestones and go-to-market timing.
Qualifications
- MD required.
- 8+ years in clinical development.
- Proven track record in solid tumor trials.
- Experience in cell therapy; experience in NON CAR-T cell therapy preferred (e.g., iPSC, NK, TCR, γδ T cells).
- Strong FDA interaction and IND leadership.
