Position Title: Fractional Chief Medical Officer (CMO) – Immunology / Allergy

Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior medical and clinical development leadership across immune-focused and allergy programs
- Lead and evolve overall clinical development strategy, with particular emphasis on late-stage (Phase II / III) readiness
- Provide medical oversight for clinical trial design, including endpoint strategy, protocol development, and data interpretation
- Collaborate with regulatory affairs and support interactions with global regulatory agencies (e.g., FDA, EMA)
- Partner closely with Clinical Operations to support trial execution, CRO oversight, and operational feasibility
- Provide strategic guidance on portfolio prioritization and development planning in alignment with company objectives
- Support investigator engagement, key opinion leader (KOL) interactions, and external scientific collaborations
- Contribute to senior-level clinical and development decision making
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) required
- Deep expertise in Immunology and Inflammation ; experience in Allergy strongly preferred
- Demonstrated leadership across multiple phases of clinical development, including late-stage programs
- Prior experience supporting Phase IIb / III trials and registrational strategy
- Track record of engagement with US and/or ex-US regulatory authorities
- Comfortable operating in a fractional / part-time executive capacity within a clinical-stage biotech environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across scientific, clinical, regulatory, and operational teams
