In this role, you will provide critical senior medical leadership across our oncology clinical programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, clinical integrity, and scientific innovation. Partner closely with our executive team, clinical operations, and sponsor contacts to shape oncology trial strategies, support sponsor engagement, and help position CBCC as a leader in oncology CRO services. Your insights will influence protocol design, safety monitoring, and key trial endpoints, making a meaningful difference in the development of groundbreaking cancer therapies.

Base Pay Range

$250,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr

Required Skills

• MD or DO with Board Certification in Oncology, Hematology‑Oncology, or a related specialty (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of hands‑on experience supporting or leading oncology clinical trials across phases I–III
• Proven expertise in oncology regulatory pathways, clinical trial design, endpoints, and safety monitoring
• Strong understanding of FDA, EMA, ICH‑GCP, and current oncology guidance
• Experience working in small to mid‑sized CROs, with global experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex oncology concepts to stakeholders at all levels

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience in advisory, consulting, or fractional executive roles
• Prior involvement in oncology biomarker strategies and personalized medicine approaches
• Familiarity with working in or coordinating with teams based in India or other international regions
• Prior experience in business development or strategic growth initiatives in the oncology space

Preferred Education and Experience

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with Board Certification in Oncology or Hematology‑Oncology
• Minimum of 10 years’ relevant clinical research experience in pharma, biotech, or academic settings
• Demonstrated leadership in advancing oncology clinical programs, either in a sponsor or CRO environment

Other Requirements

• Remote work flexibility within the U.S.; preference for candidates on the West Coast due to sponsor location
• Willingness to participate in sponsor meetings, scientific discussions, and internal strategy sessions
• Ability to uphold the highest standards of clinical and regulatory compliance
