Chief Legal Strategy & Ops for Breakthrough Energy

Arbor Energy is seeking its first senior in-house General Counsel to lead the legal function as it scales first-of-a-kind energy projects. Reporting to the COO, you will be a strategic advisor to the executive team, directing IP, corporate governance, financing, and risk across a rapidly growing company.

You will build repeatable processes, manage external counsel, and decide when to engage specialized outside expertise.
