Responsibilities:
- Provide executive-level leadership for Uline’s Security Operating Model, identifying staffing needs and third-party vendors to mitigate risk.
- Build, develop and lead Information Security teams, setting clear expectations across all levels to support performance, accountability and long-term talent development.
- Define and drive the organization’s enterprise-wide security strategy based on business objectives and risk tolerance.
- Oversee security policies, standards and controls that meet regulatory requirements and protect the business.
- Report on security risks, incidents and performance and provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering or similar.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in Information Security with 5+ years in a leadership position.
- Strong background in building and executing enterprise security programs.
- Hands-on knowledge of security frameworks, risk management and data protection practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
